Spontaneous BSOD on fresh install Win7 Ult. Need help diagnosing.

Hello,

Im in need of any help with diagnosing this blue screen which happens frequently while using the PC, making computer use impossible.
Willing to follow any instructions.

It occurs on a new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate. (64-bit)
Pc Specs :
Motherboard - Gigabyte X58A-UD3RCpu - i7 975
(3x2GB) 6GB Memory
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS

I ran verifier.exe in order to find out if it is a driver problem however the minidump did not point out any driver or at least not one that I am aware of.
