Sporadic BSODs, HDD and RAM OK

We tested the Hard Drive and RAM with mulitple tests and can't figure this one out, so maybe someone on here could give us a hand. The BSODs have changed each time they come with a different code, but they all point to a Kernel failure, but as we all know this is not the case. Driver Verifier was also run and nothing came up. Hard Drive was tested with multiple tools and all passed. RAM tested with Memtest for 11 passes and no problems found.

The one BSOD referring to APC_INDEX_MISMATCH makes me wonder if the CPU hasn't kicked the bucket. This is sometimes a common BSOD that comes when overclocking and the voltage is out of control. Though there is no overclocking involved here in our case and we have tested almost everything else, I can only assume CPU. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Out of curiosity what antivirus do you use?

For testing purposes please uninstall AVG with the AVG Uninstall Tool and replace it with a combination of MSE and Mbam. Tip: when installing Mbam be sure to uncheck the box offering to start a free trial. Let us know if you continue to get crashes after the switch.

I figured it out myself with a strip test. RAM slot 1 near the RAM door ist defective. Strip down test confirmed the problem. I tested a known good RAM in the 1 slot and no matter what it would either spit out random BSODs or sporadically not boot at all. Thanks to all who answered.
