Spotify works, some online games work. but browser does not.

Hello,

Today is the day I finally received my internet connection in my new home. After installing it I noticed some problems on my desktop, which is only able to connect with the internet through cable. (wifi works, I am using my internet connection right now on my laptop) Spotify works, aswell as some online games. I have no idea what the problem is and how this can be fixed, I already tried restarting the modem which was not the solution for my problem. Could anyone help me with this? Much appreciated!

To begin with can you run ipconfig /release, press enter and then run ipconfig /renew and press enter then check ipconfig /all again? The date for the lease of the IP address is 2009!
DNS servers: 62.58.48.30 is this your internet provider? If the above has not solved you issue, check the properties of the network card and
1. for now disable ipv6. It's not much use (yet) anyway. Just untick the box
2. highlight ipv4, click on properties and for DNS servers enter 208.67.220.220 on the first line (that's open DNS) and leave the second line blank
