It seems ironic that W7 x64 only has 3GBs of memory available, out of 4GBs installed. I know that this is normal for x32 versions of older Windows, but I would have thought that it would be like XP x64, and have almost all of the memory available. Perhaps this will change when W7 becomes final, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I'm been having a series of problems running any kind of game (except those that are part of the OS), and it seems that the root cause is the same in each case...at least the data in the Event Viewer is the same in every instance:

Thanks, the first link is interesting, but it only seems to apply to Windows Server 2003. The second link offers nothing.
