SSD only gets WEI of 5.9?

I recently installed a Kingston SSDnow V200 into my laptop, and so far it seems to run fine except I get the occasional slowdown, and my WEI is only 5.9.

More details pulls up the following error:

Caution: Based on the results of the WinSAT Disk assessment, your system drive may have slower response times under some workloads. Performance results will depend on the specific applications used and the amount of memory available. If your experience is satisfactory, no action is needed.

I'm trying to run winsat, but there's the results from AS SSD benchmark:

I thought the 4K score was bad, but here's the results for my desktop's Corsair, which gets a WEI score of 7.5:

Obviously Windows didn't base the low score on these numbers.

Any ideas as to what is the cause? Is it something unimportant, or is it worth a RTM?

Seems the problem is in the long IOs responsiveness test. But what does that mean? Is that a configuration, software, or hardware issue? I did try rerunning the winsat disk assessment a few times and once I got 7.5 or so for Long IOs, but when I rerun WEI and winsat after the score didn't change.

As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the disk except for that one benchmark dropping the WEI score. But why s that benchmark so low?

I'll still keep testing it for a couple days to make sure it's not a fluke, so i won't mark this thread solved yet.

I have NO idea what fixed it, but I did finish installing software updates.

But you have to run command as an administrator for it to work. Don't ask me why, it just always pops up a window for a split second otherwise.

wei is based on lowest sub score.here you can see mine so dont laugh it old and a acer. graphics is where it basis sub score
