Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
When posting a new crash dump, include all System File Collection and health reports. They contain valuable information that we can use to find the cause of the crashes.
We need to look at the current System Event Logs.

Use WD Lifeguard to test your HDD from Windows.
Run the WD Lifeguard test on your HDD(s). Quick Test first, if it passes then run the Extended Test.

Is that all of the OCCT Power Supply graphs?
There should be more, post the rest if there are any.
If not any more, then run the test again, for 30 min, post the graphs.

All,

Sorry for the delay. Been very busy this week. I hope everyone had a good holiday. Here's the updates.

-Ran Memtest with 2 sticks. Passed 15 passes.
-Ran data lifeguard quick test. Passed
-Ran data lifeguard extended. It ran for 20 minutes then my monitors repeatedly flickered until I got this BSOD:
*Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed (0x000000116)
-Rebooted and got this BSOD 10 seconds after windows started:
*The driver mistakenly marked a part of it's image payable instead of nonpagable (picture on camera cuts off and can't see the rest) (0x0000000D3)
-Rebooted and the computer would not give me a post test beep or start.
-Rebooted, same issue
-Waited 10 min and booted up successfully, got video driver failed and recovered again
-5 minutes later IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD (0x0000a)
-All updates done from iPad now since PC dies quickly

I will update when I can get more info on the crashes.

Thanks,
Kyle

Try to post the crash reports, if possible.

STOP 0x00000116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
Usual causes: Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card

STOP 0x000000D3: DRIVER_PORTION_MUST_BE_NONPAGED
Usual causes: Device driver

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Any more buzzing sounds?

Sounds like a graphics card or graphics card driver issue but, since you have gotten a crash without your graphics card, it's looking more like a problem with your PSU.
Borrow one to test with or find a store with a good return policy.

All,

Well I still can't pass post and I think I have decided just to upgrade my CPU, motherboard, ram and power supply. This has been the most frustrating computer troubleshooting 6 six months of my life and I think it might just be time to bail on this computer. I truly want to thank all of you on this site who helped me out. You guys have all taught me a lot and I will be returning to this site anytime I'm stumped.

Thanks again all,
Kyle
