Hi, Koen.

If you boot up your computer using hirens boot disk you can log in as the administrator and then you will have the privileges to change this.

Making such as change on a computer that you own is one thing, however, I do not advise that you do this on your work computer.

I agree with Karl. You do not want to jeopardize your job by inadvertently damaging a company-owned computer. It is most likely the old Start button was used because it is familiar to the employees and the Admins are attempting to avoid unnecessary questions from employees not familiar with the new icon.
