Start Menu Conflicting with Windows Aero

Hello Everybody.

In the picture below you can see the peculiar color strip under start menu. It is actually the part of Desktop background image. This problem is occurring when scrolling quickly through Star Menu -> All Programs only with any windows Aero theme activated, not with windows basic themes. Why it is happening and how it can be corrected.
I have updated the graphics driver & DirectX, also disable transparency under aero theme but it is still occurring.
My pc is running windows 7 ultimate 64bit on Intel desktop board H67 chipset, Intel HD Graphics 2000, Intel i3 2nd Generation Processor.

Have you shut down your Machine yet,
Windows updates need to Boot to Install as the shutdown button shows on your picture.

Yes restarted the pc several times and windows updated many times for several months. I do not think it is a problem with windows update, what I think it may be a problem with DirectX, but you can tell better and I hope also with a solution.
