My start menu will not let me right-click any link such as "Computer" and it will not let me remove any program from the start list. Again, because it wont let me right-click it.

This is normally due to a setting in the Start Menu that's called "Enable context menus and dragging and dropping". Here's what to do:

  1. Right-click a neutral place on the Start Menu (or just right-click the Start Menu orb) and choose "Properties"
  2. Click the button labeled "Customize..."
  3. Scroll down just a little bit to find "Enable context menus and dragging and dropping"
  4. Click this setting to enable it
  5. Click OK
  6. Click OK
After this, you should be able to right-click. If this option was already enabled, then we'll go from there and try to figure it out.

Omg. I'm slipping. lol Thank you.

However, clicking the Start Menu tab isn't needed if right-clicking either on the Start Menu orb or on the Start Menu itself. When right-clicking either of these, the Start Menu tab is already in focus.

I had a real easy time understanding this. Don't worry! :P
Thanks though!
