Solved start menu number of items

No matter what I do I can't increase the number of items shown in my start menu the number doesn't increase and show an item that I know is pinned. I must be doing something wrong and can't increase the number of items shown in my start menu.

Thanks but that is what I've done and applied and save the higher number with no change in my start menu!

15 items are shown but I cant figure out how to get to other items that are pinned but not shown.

Thanks I unpinned and repiinned the item and that solved the issue.
