Start up repair cannot repair this computer automatically

i did an update on my computer and it crashed and then i tried to restart it and all i had was a message telling me to instert my windows disc to recover... so i inserted this disc and tried to repair my computer typically this didnt work anyone know what to do ? i know nothing about computers and this really has me confused

Hello and welcome KufyGin mate can you get into safe mode?? Power on and tap F8? If so run these
