Welcome to the forums Qhairulez!

Thats a new one on me but have you tried a system file check? Or a system restore to a point before this started? In device manager do you have any little yellow triangles? The triangles would indicate a driver need, either install or update. If you haven't ran a system file check before, heres a link to a tutorial on how to do that : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Or if none of those seem to work , you could try a repair install : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

That should fix anything wrong with Windows and keep all your files, documents etc.

I'd wonder if the BIOS setting for boot sequence is set for the Network/LAN first? Unless a computer is always on a LAN it might be best to either Disable that or move it to the bottom of the list.
