I have an OCZ Agility 2 60 GB as my boot drive, with windows installed.
I've benchmarked the drive and it's on par with what it should be. Anyhow when I boot windows 7, from the moment it says "starting windows" I began timing it, and it takes 40-50 seconds. Which is much slower than I'd like since my SSD is quite capable of faster boot speeds.
I read somewhere to try and use sfc /scannow command with your windows disk in the drive. I tried it, and it said it found some errors, and fixed them but it also found some and was unable to fix. It made a log which I've uploaded here: http://www.robinhoodsplayground.com/haggardsmurf/CBS.txt
So how can I speed up my windows 7 boot time?
