Steady degredation of network connection

I just want to make sure that my entire network layout is in good form, here's a jpeg of the publisher doc I made, and a pdf just in case. I think everything is setup correctly.

My dlink router (192.168.0.1) has the range of 192.168.0.100-230 with DHCP enabled, and the belkin wireless (192.168.0.230) has DHCP disabled.

The server, dlink router, switch and unlabled router are all in the basement.

The belkin wireless router, all the computers and consoles are upstairs in the living room and bedrooms.
