Sticky keys

I have tried every suggestion I can find to turn off sticky keys but none of them have worked. I want sticky keys totally and permanently gone. Are they controlled by Windows or keyboard software?

Hello,

Double check using step 5 in option 3 of the tutorial below to make sure Sticky Keys is turned off and all its options are unchecked.

does not work on my computer

I have tried and tried your suggestions even though they are for Win 10 and I am using Win 7 Pro. I got the repeat rate ti slow but I want NO Sticky Keys EVER.
