Update your DirectX drivers.

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

Update your BIOS.

Every time I try to update windows it gives me a error code 800B0100 and what if I get a BSOD if I try to update my BIOS?

So my BIOS already has the latest update and iv'e done everything but still getting blue screens about 20-30 minutes after start up. What would be the next step? Did you find anything in the dumps?

I would say that it is not enough memory to run windows 7 pro, even if it is 32 bit.

The memory speed is 0 MHz .... but it does not show any error? Can you please provide a camera snap of the memtest86+ window completing 8 passes? It should not take much time with 2 GB only.

Moreover, it is a branded desktop 0f 2008. So any further troubleshooting will need two information as must.

Hello Arc,

The recommended PSU Wattage is 232 W. My PSU has a wattage of 450.

After a couple of hours of playing some games the gpu does get really hot so this may be a problem.

The temps reveals that it is a very well maintained computer. Though 450 watts is very minimum for a PC.

I would suggest you to use a bit more RAM, say 4 GB in total.

My pc has a max capacity of 3gb ram. Do you think 3gb would be good to run windows 7 pro?

Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, yea.

EDIT: 3GB? No don't even think of it. Can you update your BIOS and see if you get more RAM capacity(I did it once, it said 3GB but when i upgraded BIOS it said 4GB)
