Solved Still getting non-genuine message after KB3024777

Yesterday I downloaded 777. So apparently 777 was supposed to fix this issue caused by the previous update (KB3004394) which I did not uninstall after some posts told me not to. But I still get error messages telling me windows isn't genuine even though it is.

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

Let's start with the Catalog error...

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands

net stop cryptsvc
esentutl /p %systemroot%\System32\catroot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}\catdb
net start cryptsvc

post the results
then WAIT 30 minutes, before rebooting (to give the system a chance to do any further maintenance necessary)
post the new System and Application event logs.

I entered the commands, and every one was succesful. No error messages or anything.
I waited 30min and took the logs. (labelled PreBoot)

Good - that's cured that problem, I think - has it affected the non-genuine notifications at all?
