Dear Sirs
I have a PC running Windows 7 X64
4GB RAM
Mother board Gigabyte GA-G41MT-ES2L
Graphic card Zotac Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
CPU Core 2 Duo
I got BSOD randomly even if the PC is just idle with no activity at all
IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP 0x0000000A
When I ran “Driver verifier”, I got Stop: c000021a (Fatal system error) at restart every time
Steps taken to solve the problem
1- Replace HDD with a new one
2- Reinstall windows from the scratch
3- Ran RAM test (Memtest86) for three hours with no error
4- I un install graphic driver and install previous version, however that did not solve the problem, I used Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall the driver
5- Ran VideoCardStabilityTestSetup à Crashed after 7 minutes
does that indicate video card failure.
6- Then I ran Bench mark and got score 1366
7- Then I ran Ran VideoCardStabilityTestSetup again, this time it worked for more than 35 minutes and did not crash!
8- p95v2810.win64 Stress Test on the CPU (prime95) ran for more than hour with max throttle and 50 centigrade temperature, and it showed no problem,
However, all of this did not help to isolate the problem, would you please advise
Best regards
