I know there are other threads about this but they are old. I have no idea how to read my dmp files and figure out whether the issue is motherboard or CPU. I've done all the requisite stuff:
- turned off all overclocking
- switched out GPU
- removed RAM 1 DIMM at a time to eliminate possible bad DIMM
- switched HDD's
- upgraded bios of mobo
- ran CPU torture test using Prime95
- ran mdsched
- switched between wired and wireless NICs
- disabled "Turbo" on my CPU
- reset all bios settings to "safe default"
- put a 24" floor fan blowing into the case to avoid any possible heat problems

Symptoms: I built this PC about a year ago and its been fine up to 3 weeks ago. It only happens after about 30-40 minutes of online gaming. I can play single player all day, no problem.
I tried to attach my dmp file but the forum said the file type is invalid. I've changed the ext to .log.

We need the DMP files to enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms.
Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
*OK.
Reboot if changes have been made.
