Run the dm log collector again so we can be sure the cracks and related software have been removed.

If they have been revmoed, simply try to replicate crashes. If you can replicate them, run the dm log collector again, upload the zip and give some description of what happened and what you were doing.

Hi again. I want to format my SSD and reinstall Windows 7, but I lost my DVD and I can't download it from microsoft, because I have Windows 7 Pro OA. Alienware is asking 40 euro for a replacement and I am just getting Alienware Windows 7 on a USB stick. What other options do I have?
