STOP Error 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I just reformatted my computer twice and as soon as windows begins to boot for the first time I get a blue screen with the following error:

STOP Error 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I had always been getting several blue screens before reformat. Nothing has solved the problem.

Then do it in safe mode
