Stop error code 0x0000007B

BSOD occurred after I changed system startup to normal. The system startup was on diagnostic before it had Been changed to normal. I need help changing system startup back to diagnostic without doing it in safe mode or having windows load in any way. I am looking for a command prompt code to change the system startup or directions to change system startup options any way I can.

If you can boot to windows normally,

• Click Start button. Type msconfig in the search bar. Click on the resulting link. The system configuration window will open with the "General" tab selected.
• Select the Diagnostic Startup > Apply > OK

If you cannot boot the computer normally, boot to System Recovery Options . Try Safe Mode with Command Prompt. In the command prompt .... enter the command ....

• start msconfig

It will open the system configuration window, with the "general" tab selected.

Now, do the same thing as stated above.

Start from the bootable antivirus scanner, as the most regular cause of a stop 0x7B is virus infection in MBR which is called bootkit.

As long as it will remain there, nothing will work at all.
