I am playing a game called The Division and i am having issues with my audio being blocked by the game even tho i have disabled the options for windows to mute sounds and hardware control. The strange things is that it is the only application on my PC that does this with the audio.

Not sure what kind a info i can give in order for any help to be easyer, but if it is something someone wants just ask and i will give it as soon as i can, thanks for any ideas for what can be the issue with this.

I have an option, in my audio, to allow applications to take control of the audio. Perhaps that is the problem?

See my screenshot. It is accessed from Start/Control Panel/Hardware and Sound and finally the Sound panel Playback Section. Highlight your "Speakers" and then click on Properties.
