Hey there everyone Ive just now built a new system with this setup:-
AMD Processor Phenom II X4 945 / 3 GHz - Socket AM3 - L3 6 MB
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO - Socket AM3 - Chipset 785G - ATX (motherboard)
Radeon HD 5770 - 1 Gb GDDR5 - PCI-Express 2.0 Corsair XMS3 3 GB ( 3 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR3 - 1333 MHz / PC3-10666 - CL9
With a 500 watt Psu.
I have windows 7 installed

I have had these errors twice today i have swicthed RAM around and it made no diffrence the thing is it doesn't happen every 5 mins. The two times its happenned today Once when i just put the system together (after yesterday it ran perfect) the second time was when i was on the net just after waking it up from sleep, Also had the CD-ROM flashing fans powering and no signal to monitor which i fixed. I've managed to Debug the two logs but they are both the same so ill save room and post one here. Pc is definatly not over heating.

Any help would be great and the files text was too big so ill put it in a Rar file :)

Booted the Pc this morning with no problem although im still wondering whats going on and the resets are not all the time ussually like last night. Ive updated the BIOS now to a more recent version.

Thanks for the help everyone i self diagnosed it as a faulty RAM with 11 error on it. I added my ram in one at a time and found that my 2nd ram was faulty because it wouldnt boot. Other two work fine and processor stress passed on a full power test and a ramtest passed both the other RAM slots.
