Hello everyone! Hope you Guys and Gals can help me out here. :)

See my specs below under computer specs.
It's not like my start up takes 10 minutes or anything drastic, (More like 3.5 minutes) but I have a work computer with a Core 2 duo and 4GB Ram that launches 15 programs at startup (not joking, literally) and it boots way quicker then mine. (1 minute) -No SSD-
Looking at event viewer, I get the following errors under startup:

"Service 'WMPNetworkSvc' did not start correctly because CoCreateInstance(CLSID_UPnPDeviceFinder) encountered error '0x80004005'. Verify that the UPnPHost service is running and that the UPnPHost component of Windows is installed properly."

"The Client Virtualization Handler service depends on the Application Virtualization Client service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

"The Application Virtualization Client service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Application Virtualization Client service to connect.
"

I Checked the services it mentions, they are started correctly.

I have attached a screenshot of my msconfig start up tab proving there is not a whole lot there.
Too many start up services maybe? (See Screenshots)

I have looked at the following to troubleshoot:

1.) Ran sfc /scannow -No integrity violations. Ran it twice.
2.) Defragged the hard drive -No effect
3.) Checked for Malware with Avast and Malwarebytes, as well as Windows defender.
4.) Logged into safemode and did not experience the issue. So I am thinking It is something software related, I just do not know what....Hoping someone can suggest something to narrow it down.
5.) In my antivirus software, I tried using the option for start services only after system services has been started. -No change-
6.) Checked hard drive for errors with Check disk. Nothing.
7.) Checked Western Digital Hard Drive with their tool and it says the drive is good on both a short and long test.
8.) Made sure Drivers were up to date from Asus and AMD-I have the latest chipset driver.
9.) I set some services to Automatic delayed start to see if that would help, it did mildly.

I just am confused why this is happening. With the specs I have, this system should def. start faster then it is. I had a customer built PC before this and it loaded quicker then this one with way less hardware.

I do want to state that once my computer is up and done loading performance is kinda fine. Games and such run great. Like Tomb Raider works great at max settings. Sometimes loading windows explorer or firefox takes what feels like a second longer. But it might just be my impatience. I just have to wait till it thinks before I start doing stuff.
Bios is up to date. No other users just me on the system.

Your awesome for reading this.
Establish a Clean boot as shown in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image so we can look over your disk config.

Run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates with reboots, after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)/

Run CCleaner and then Puran Defrag boot time defrag with full Disk Check (after enabling Intelligent Optimizer on Additional Operations tab) to clean and then organize the HD best.

If all of these fail including the other troubleshooting steps to go over your install thoroughly, then I'd try Gathering a Startup, Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernate, or Reboot Trace - Windows 7 Forums which always finds the definitive reason for these delays.

Thanks a lot for your help gregrocker! :)

Turns out The reason for slow startup was due to the following:
-vmware player services
-windows media player sharing service
-AMD fuel service
-AMD external events utility
-mbamscheduler <-------------*Set to automatic delayed start*

*Note* Amd services are not required for me as I only use the driver and not there software.

Setting these services to manual solved my issue.

*I set mbamscheduler to automatic delayed start, as it updates malwarebytes and is not needed right away. But I left the shield service mbam service automatic so that it will protect me still on bootup.*

Vmware player has a whopping 4 services. I created a batch file to start these services and stop them after I am done with Vmware player.

Also see here for timeout issues:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc756342%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc756332(v=ws.10).aspx

I also attached the 2 batch files (Need to right click run as admin)
The batch files start the required services for vmware player and the other batch stops the services.
It also enables and disables their network adapters that it creates as well.
This way, you can run vmplayer when you want and only when you want so its not taking resources in the background.
*You will need to set all vmware services to manual.*

Your awesome for reading this.
I would imagine most of those could be turned off in msconfig>Startup or >Services after Hiding all MS Services as suggested.

I don't allow any AMD chipset or Display bloatware on my installs, as this isn't needed unless you overclock graphics. So you can uninstall those.

I don't know why mbam scheduler is running as it only appears in >Services when you need a reboot to delete malware. Do you have the Real-Time protection? Then I'd allow it to start as with your AV.

There is a batch file to turn off WMP Sharing Service when it plays up but I haven't seen it needed since beta so lost track of the link several years back.
