Strange local drive Q, how to remove it?

I have recently searched about it, and I fount that it is because Microsoft Click to Run. But I don't have Microsoft Click to Run, so how to remove it? Anybody got a solution?

Add “Take Ownership” Option in Files and Folders Context Menu and create a right click to take ownership of Q.
Then maybe you can open it and see what may be the source of why it was created.
