Solved Stuttering sound - dxgkrnl.exe high ISR rate

Hi,

I have audio stutterings since I foolishly tried to install windows 8.1 6 months ago, reinstalled windows 7 since I didn't have stuttering in that, still having the problem.
I have installed all drivers/updated bios and I am lost now.
EDIT: It stutters randomly, every once in a while

My specs are:
core: I7 - 2600K (unmoddified atm)
mobo: P8Z68-V
graph: GTX 560 TI (asus)
ram: 8gb

I also got an latencymon log: some screenshots included

I really hope that someone can help me with this, because it is driving me crazy, if I need to post anything else, I will gladly do so!

Try a linux live cd like ubuntu. Do you have stuttering in there?

If so, it is most likely a hardware issue.

I tried that, no audio issues.
What do I do now?

So this means its a windows issue then-or a driver issue. Most likely driver.

Can you uninstall the audio card in windows and then restart and reinstall the card once more?

I reinstalled the driver, this seems to fixed the issue.... but I still have massive ISR on that directx kernel......
But for now it is gone(I have been listening for over an hour to music now while browsing and playing wow etc)
I did have a bsod with page fault errors, but that is offtopic xD

But many thanks, I will mark as solved in a few hours(just to keep the thread open IF something would happen xD)

EDIT: Haven't had any stuttering since, but the realtek window keeps popping up claiming I plugged in something, but I didn't?

ok stuttering is somehow back? like first every ~10 minutes?

ok finally found the fix:

realtek pops up with:You inserted Minsert_random_audio_device_here> and asks me what to do, when I press never show the popup, it will assume it are speakers, so it will randomly try to play sound over the non existing speakers every once in a while. Just do not press the "no pop ups anymore" and just leave the window open to prevent other pop ups and you will be fine.

if you pressed the do not popup, remove the audio driver, reboot, and you are good to go!

Just posting this for anyone who suffers the same issue.
