Hi all,

I'm currently unable to turn my pc on after a sudden BSOD which occurred out of the blue as I was on YouTube. My PC then restarted too fast for me to catch the error message.

The PC now starts, then appears to be running for a few seconds before turning itself off again. It does not even run long enough to get to the Windows 7 boot screen.

I've managed to get it running after several attempts, where I retrieved the crash dump which I hope might be able to help to identify the problem. My apologies and thanks in advance as I'm not good with PCs!

The error message is mixed. I would start by thoroughly checking your RAM.

Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Use this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:

Hey all, thanks for the responses! I've figured out the problem was caused by a faulty stick of RAM. Seems to be running fine now. :D
