suddenly freeze while playing LOL

Please help, i brought my pc last year and it's still not yet 1 year and it have problem like green screen while watching video, but today when starting up windows 7 my pc freezed and had to force shut it and when i restarted it, it ask me to restore it and i followed it but half way through it say that it can be restored freezes again then i when to restart it and it's working fine untill the evening while i was playing LOL the screen suddenly filter for video output and then it freezed with a "zzzzz" sound. And i have to force shut it and restarted the pc after that i when to re launch my gaming program and after awhile it my screen filter for video output and the same thing happen again.

Can any please help me with this problem?

Run through the steps in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/179257-wake-source-read-event-viewer-log.html and check your application and system logs for reoccurring errors or errors caused by anything with an SVC in the name. These will usually pinpoint possible freeze related issues.
