Suspisious Popup claiming to be "Download Manager"

After updating the website CCleaner, I started getting a POPUP appearing to be an update to Windows Download Manager. It actually looked like a small window that appears when you update Internet Explorer. I am not very computer saavy but I know when something doesn't feel right. When I did a little more investigating (ie Terms and Conditions) it implied that the rules and regs apply in Israel. Needless to say I did not download the info. I simply clicked the red X to make it go away. But now it keeps popping up when I sign back on after a short break.
Can someone please tell me how to make it go away for good? Its titled as "Internet Download Manager2" .Thanks for any help you can give me.

You could also post screenshots from -> rb: Start -> Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a Program

Try as I may, I could not get a screen shot. I do however have the URLs attached to this popup window. I'm trying to make as much sense as anyone with little or no knowledge of computers. I hope you can help me with what info I am providing you. Here goes...win.inetdownloadmanager.com productID: 3AA4FC9D-FB51-44A2-B09F-0457857CA7C2 Also, other addresses that were within the "ad" ....lpmxp2012.com and ultimateplayersetup.com and www.idmsq.com/legal/..

MSINFO32:

• Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
• Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
• Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

Make a full scan with Malwarebytes.
