Sync Center Help - Trying to change parternship path

I currently run windows 7 professional sync center with no issue. my company is changing the IP address of my current network path (partnership). is there a way to change my current partnership to the new path name? I do not see how to do this in the sync center control panel. Any help would be appreciated.
