The help and support feature of the start menu no longer works. I get a pop-up window with the message "unable to download / from help."
"unable to open this internet site ... please try again later"

Also when trying to display a dot-chm file I get an error saying ... "The ordinal 459 could not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll"
