When attempting to backup by creating a system image the procedure fails and reports that "the file specified cannot be found." This applies both to the OS drive C: and the HP Recovery partition D:, even when attempting to run individually. The error code is 0x80070002, and I am unable to find any reference as to the missing or corrupted file. It may be relevant that I recently upgraded to Windows 10, but due to major problems had to revert to Windows 7 from the recovery system. I have run the fix-it app and it reports that it fixed some problems, bar two, (see attachment). Any help in solving this problem would be much appreciated, as I feel very insecure after my recent disaster with Windows 10.
