Short version, I was tired and not thinking straight used a driver program to install a bluetooth driver and caught a bug. Good news Bluetooth works fine. Bad news bug decided it liked all my restore points and ate them all it then made friends with System Mechanic and it stopped talking to my computer so I removed it manually with regedit and now it wont re-install.
The Iolo download manager seems to run OK then... Nothing.
Found the downloaded file in the Temp folder but all I can make run from there is something called bootstrap.exe. Any help would be appreciated please
