System Restore won't start. ("Preparing to restore your system...")

Hi Everyone!
So i want to restore the computer to a restore point that is about 2 weeks ago and it writes something like "Prepairing to restore your system..." and nothing happens... what can i do? (ive waited few hours and nothing happens...)
