System restores max usage keeps getting reset

I set my drive to use 2% (18.36 GB) max and for whatever randomly it resets to 50% max usage. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Is this factory installed Win7 which is the worst possible install one can have? If so establish a Clean Boot, check for infection, check System files, read the logs to resolve repeat errors, from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

I'd at least Clean Up Factory Bloatware but if you want to go from worst to best install then I'd replace a factory install with a Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Its factory installed but I've done the clean boot and gotten rid of all the bloatware a long time ago, this problem has just been happening recently when I noticed something was using a lot of space on my hard drive. I ran all my scans and nothing is showing up and I've even turned off system restore and it stillreset its usage to 50% and somehow is currently using 6GB even though its not on. Any other suggestions

Better. I can get to skins to revert to Blue which puts UserCP button where I can mash it easier with big fingers.

Only difference is I need to manually open a Reply box which is no sweat.
