Ok, I now have only the 120GB drive connected. Now whenever I boot normally, I never get to the BSOD screen, I just see "Bootmgr is missing" on a black screen.
I booted from Partition Wizard and took a screenshot of the last step and attached it here. I also took a screenshot of the partition info tab in case it's needed. Thanks.
