Solved system time different from local standard time

I have trouble with my computer even after fitting a new hard drive. It's frequently freezing just after start up. and I have to hard reset via the button or power coded removal. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

This morning multiple tries just gave a dead mouse and black screen in power saver mode, then a while later a further attempt brought continuous beeps, suggesting from Dell booklet processor failure. Switched off for an hour, the computer failed to start one more, but with just two beeps. suggesting no RAM detected.

Later, and coincidentally powering off everything at the wall to untangle some wires then powering on, the computer is working. However poking around comes up with the warning in the thread title.

Please, what does the warning mean, and do I correct its cause? And does the sequence what has happened today, make it likely that some other hardware is failing, e.g. the motherboard?

Give this a try and see what happens. The top of the page says "No Answer", but further down the page is an answer. Give it a try and see if anything improves. Let us know.

Actually other things were happening so I had to call "the man" in, who thought it could be main board problems.

However coincidentally I had, goodness why, changed the power cord and update some drivers, since when I have had a better experience.
