hi guys help me please ' Tab Key and Windows Key Doesnt Working ' its work 2 monts ago but after the ı install some programs its stop working and ı realize now and ı dont know which program ı install.

As you mentioned issue started after you installed some new software on the system, then you should perform system restore to an earlier point:

Also, if the issue still occurs then you should check the mouse and keyboard under safe mode:

Lastly, to isolate check this keyboard and mouse on a different system. Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

Ok first of all ı cannot did system restore because ım scarry to lost my files . and ı try to open SAFE MODE and again didnt work + ı cant isolate my keyboard and mouse because ı use laptop

Thanks for providing us this information. I understand that you are using a laptop. Please connect a USB keyboard to the laptop and check if it works fine on the system.

It could be an issue with the keyboard itself and you might have to replace it. Kindly update your system specs here by following this.
