Hello everyone
I am trying to create a dump file of a process from task manager. So I right click on the process I want, which the user matches mine, which is an administrator account.
Right click, create dump file. -> Access denied ???

The system and user is on a domain, and I'm thinking it is somehow related to permissions, but can't find the problem spot.
Is there anything I should be looking for?
Thank you so much in advance for anything and everything :)

Ask your Sys admin to add you to Administaror (super) group or simply ask him to login using his username and password

Wow. That was fast :) Thank you so much for the quick reply.
We did look at the Administrators group and my user is in the group... which is making this whole thing even more strong.
But an interesting idea to have the super admin login and try... I'll give that a shot and see...
Thank you

If that does work... what does that tell us?
Where can I make the current admin user rights equal to the administrator?
Thanks so much

there can be different type of admin accounts in a domain ...

log in as admin ...(super user)
Now right click My Computer >>Manage >> User>> right click properties. member of ..
Now your administrator should be able to tell you which admin group you belong to and change it
