Task Manager Speeding up like crazy

Upon booting my laptop today it ask to boot which windows would i like to boot it has two options Windows 7 which i am currently installed and on the bottom (windows memory diagnostic something i forgot)and task manager acting up strange speeding up fast though after couple of minutes it returns to normal a couple of minutes i found similar here is the youtube video link Task Manager CRAZY SPEED UP GLITCH - YouTube

it looks like an early ram failure warning, run the tool it advised, from Admin tools >> Windows memory Diagnostic check, hopefully it will come back clean
