Task Manager 'unusual window'

I noticed that my Task Manager (Pressing Ctrl+alt+Del button) is different than the usual or normal window (see image).

What seems to be the problem? Why there's no text or menu that normally shows on TM? :confused:

Kindly help me to resolve this kind of 'unusual problem'.

To return to normal view double click on the window to the left of the buttons the view you are seeing can be returned by doing the same from normal view :D

It's EASY to fix you must Double click to border of taskmanager.
