Taskbar Autohide Stops Working

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I have selected Auto-Hide, but after each bootup the feature only works for a while, then the taskbar remans displayed and will not disappear.

This has been a known problem since vista. You can go here and read about it Taskbar Auto-hide No Longer Works - Vista Forums. If that doesnt work you can always google it. there are many suggestions out there.
