Solved taskbar graphics glitch?

so my taskbar looks like its bouncing. I remember fixing it ones, but i cant remember. Here is my other problem: I have a r9 280x matrix with 14.3 beta drivers. The drivers were working fine until yesterday. I have a second monitor hooked up to my inter graded graphics. so now every time i play a video game in full screen the current position on my second monitor moves to the right, instead of the left size. i have done so far : removed the amd drivers and reinstalled them. updated all my apps.

nope still happens and my second screen repositions itself to default.

Are you using a wireless mouse? If so, there may be a relationship. Try a wired mouse and see if it corrects the problem of a bouncing taskbar.

no wireless mouse. the issue seems to happen more often when im browsing the internet and stop when i play any game in full screen

Maybe changing screen resolution (just as a test).

Maybe changing the refresh rate.

hahahaha that did it! changed the refresh rate from 60hz to 59hz

Thank you for the recommendation; changing from 60Hz to 59Hz fixed my issue as well.
