I have Notepad pinned to my taskbar, along with several other apps. After running CCleaner, the "recent files" for Notepad no longer show on the taskbar (they still do for all the other apps), and I can no longer pin any files to Notepad's taskbar icon, either. I've run CCleaner numerous times, but this has never happened before. Tried so far, to no avail:
- rebooting
- removing Notepad from the taskbar and reattaching it
- running CCleaner again
- "force" pinning a file from Windows Explorer (no error message, but nothing happens)
I'm sure there's a setting somewhere that I messed up, but I'm at a loss as to what it could be. A google search has netted me nothing pertinent.
Any ideas?
