temperature monitoring

Does any one kno where I can get a program to monitor CPU, RAM and GPU temps all in one? I have found programs that do one or the other but none all in one.

I like SpeedFan, because it places an icon in the System Tray, which gives a constant read out of the temp of whatever device that you choose. I usually have it set to the CPU. You can see the rest of the temps, voltages, speeds, etc., by opening the program.
