Well with the ambient temps at 25C (thats what like 75ish F)?
Mid 60s is probably fine under Prime load.
Keep in mind, even under heavy real world loads, you'll likely never get it that hot.
I would just for curiosity sake, let Prime run over night. At least 10hrs.
If it can hold up without any issues, and the temps stay basically where they are right now i would say the main problem is a unstable overclock. the hardware itself should be fine.
Perhaps I missed it but what type of cooler is on the CPU?
Surely the didnt do a factory 4.0 Ghz OC on stock cooling did they?
If it is stock, you may want to consider picking up a bit better cooler for the CPU. Doesnt have to be anything super expensive. Maybe just do your own mild OC if you so choose.
If you want to run at the factories 4.0 OC, you will need a very good air cooler at least IMO.
