Hello, I am having a frustrating issue with TDU2. I don't understand what could be causing this crash. It seems to happen at random; sometimes I can play the game for an hour, other times only a few minutes. I recently changed video cards from an eVGA Geforce 260 GTX over to an ATI Radeon 6870. I never had this issue with the Geforce card, but now this issue has popped up twice already in as many days. Could the new card be causing these screwups? I have the dump of the error message, I don't know how to make sense of it though.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Oops!
The DMP'S you uploaded were corrupt!

It is much easier to find patterns, etc, when there are more than one crash.

We prefer you wait until you have at least two so that if one is corrupt the other probably wont be.

Are you doing it this way?

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy this way > Right click the file > Sent to > Compressed {zipped} folder

I did exactly that, each time, but I just posted the contents of the dump file in a quote, you should be able to see it there.

The only logitech items I have on my computer are a webcam and speakers, but the speakers don't have any drivers for them, they just "work". Could it be the webcam?

Contents were removed to save space. Please zip the dmps and upload that

Well, I tried 3 times to upload the files and I was able to download the files myself and open them. I do not know why you were having problems, but they weren't corrupt.

EDIT: Yep, just downloaded the file and opened it again. It isn't corrupt.
