text is too small after installing new windows

i'm new here,

i have just registered asking for a help

i have changed my windows some hours ago, but everything appears small

i did changed size from "appearance, color, advanced settings .... "

but the content text size is still the same

i'm sure that all drivers are up to date : http://i.imgur.com/t10at25.png

i have tried the DPi, it makes all my screen bigger, which i don't want

i just need the text to be bigger in this pic: http://i.imgur.com/ci1ZoMH.png

the problem was just after installing new windows 7 x64 ultimate sp1

my cards are: ATI 7670 HD , Intel HD 4000 R
screen size is 15.6 in


note that, i have opened my remote desktop connection and found the same issue : http://i.imgur.com/Szoca0t.png

although on old windows, everything was fine !

hi guys, i have searched more in the issue

anyone knows whether the windows 7 by default uses the "light" version of the font : Segoe ?

if yes, then i want to use by default the "semibold" version

anyone knows how ?
