Well seriously, if it doesn't come shipped with a browser how do you download one if you have no apparatus to view webpages with to begin with?

Well, not to be argumentative here, but what's the use of that? I mean, why would someone want to have a batch file to download a browser, when they could just use another computer to download the setup file to a USB?

at the time i did not know i could go to windows update and download the browser from there , i thought i had to do it the way i did
